I was very leery in the beginning because some workers who come to do work in your home are not neat, but they did the best job ever and I was very impressed! I wasn't sure exactly what color I was looking for and Bruce took his time, took down remnants for me and rolled them out so I could see them, in fact, I felt bad, but he assured her it was not a problem, very patient. Rick said the carpeting is okay; not the best grade, but happy to have new carpeting in the rental. Bruce is 1000% superb, very polite, and really worked with Nick, his landlord and himself. He would most certainly recommend Carpet Shack but does not know anyone at this moment. I spoke to Mr. S. and he said his carpeting for his rental is absolutely wonderful. He has been using Carpet Shack for about 5 years now and has purchased a ton of carpeting. Albert is unbelievable and he also knows him personally. He stated, "Albert deserves a bonus and is a very talented carpet installer." Mr. S. stated he measures for his own carpeting and sometimes its a little short, but Albert always seems to make it work. On one of the installations, Albert used the electric from his car to do a seam for him as there was no electric. Mr. Brown returned my call from yesterday this morning at 11:00 am. He was quite happy to brag and speak with me. He said that he has several rental properties and was not at the location where the carpet was installed, but he did go by last night and it looked great. He said that he has been a repeat customer for many years. He used to go to the location on Orange Ave. (1970's). Now he goes to Melbourne. He said that he will go out of his way to come to Carpet Shack. He has been very, very happy with the customer service that he has received (Bruce) as well as his selection and price. He stated that this property only had one room installed but the last one had three. He was also quite pleased with that job. He rated Carpet Shack a 10 on services. He would continue to use your business. He also stated that his father is in the rental business and has used your service. Overall rating a 10.

I spoke with Mr. G. about installation today. He stated that he was very satisfied with Rudy. He did a great job and was on time (within his window). I asked him his opinion on the selection, quality and price. Overall he was satisfied and rated Carpet Shack a 10. I asked how he came about to using Carpet Shack's services and he is a repeat customer. I thanked him. He was very satisfied with the customer service that he received with (Bruce) in store. He rated (Bruce) a 10 and his overall experience was a 10.

William stated that the installer was great and on time. He was pleased with his choices and that especially Bruce was great. He stated that his brother-in-law, Mike, referred him. Mike has been very satisfied and told him about Carpet Shack. I asked him if he knew anyone that he would refer but he stated that he did not like to give out anyone's name without them knowing. But if he does know someone, he would certainly refer them to Carpet Shack.

Customer stated with a lot of spirit that the job and the installer were excellent. They moved his furniture and were on time. I asked him about the selection and he said that it was pretty good and then he thought for a moment and stated that he found what he needed and was happy. I asked him how he heard about Carpet Shack and he though that he just drove by and saw the sign and then stopped in, but further into the conversation he said that he had been a repeat customer from a while back.

The installer called him and let him know what time he would be there and he was on time. He was very pleased with the installation. He was also pleased with his choices at the store. He was especially very pleased with Bruce. He has been a repeat customer and will continue to be a repeat customer. I asked him if he knew of anyone in need of Carpet Shacks services and he said that his neighbor was working on cleaning his carpet and he will recommend that person to Carpet Shack if it did not work. He gave the Carpet Shack an overall rating of a 10. He said that he had no problem with the service at all.

Mrs. M. said that she was very pleased with her installation and the carpet. She was pleased with the price and quality. Especially loves Bruce. She has been a repeat customer from your other location; she lives in that area and just happened to drive by and see your sign and stopped in. She joked with me that Tim, the installer said that she should give our office a hard time about her job but she said that she could not do that because she was very pleased. Again, commented on how wonderful Bruce was. She would definitely recommend Carpet Shack as well as she will be a repeat customer. She had an overall rating of 9 for Carpet Shack.

Mrs. L. was satisfied with the installation job that was done on 07/28/09. She has been a repeat customer as her husband is a painting contractor. She said nothing but wonderful things about Bruce. Although she was unhappy with the installer, Rudy, she stated that she placed the order with Bruce and he telephoned the installer while she was in the store and settled on a price. Unfortunately when the installer showed up he started right off the bat complaining that he was unaware that she had ordered Berber carpet and this was going to cost more. He also stated that he was not making enough money on this job. She stated that she gave him $325.00 and that the price was not much different. She was a little unhappy with Rudy's attitude. She felt that the price should have been already set and agreed upon by all parties involved. She also stated that her husband asked Rudy for a receipt and he gave her husband a hard time. I apologized to her and thanked her for her feedback and concerns. I assured her that I would speak with Rudy. I thanked her for her repeat business and offered my name and number to her. She kept insisting that it was not that big of a deal and that she thought about calling but since I telephoned her she thought that she would let us know how she felt. I again apologized and explained that was the reason for my call that we want her to continue using "Carpet Shack" and refer us to other customers.

He said that Bruce is wonderful and that is what keeps him coming back to your business. I asked him how he came to use your business and he said that you support a Florida association and he has too for the past ten years. He would definitely recommend your company.
